Terms of Service

1. Digital products

FiveM Deals sells digital goods (scripts, clothing/EUP, MLOs, vehicles, bundles and complete premade server packs) for use with the FiveM platform. All products are delivered electronically as instant downloads after a successful purchase, with lifetime access tied to your account.

2. License

Unless stated otherwise, each purchase grants a single, non-transferable license to use the product on servers you operate. You may not resell, redistribute, re-upload, or share product files publicly. Open-source resources remain subject to their respective upstream licenses where applicable.

3. Accounts

You sign in using Discord. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. Your entitlements, downloads, store credit and referral rewards are tied to your account. One person may not operate multiple accounts to abuse promotions, referrals or store credit.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown at checkout in the listed currency and may change at any time. You may also pay using store credit (see Section 8) where available.

5. Checkout information (card payments)

When you pay by card, our payment provider (Stripe) collects the following on the secure payment page so we can verify and fulfil your order: your full name (as the cardholder), your Discord username, and your year and month of birth. You must provide accurate information and be of legal age to make a purchase. This information is processed by Stripe and used only to operate your order and account; see our Privacy Policy.

6. First-order discount (25% off)

New customers get 25% off their first order paid by card — redeem your personal code at checkout.

• The discount is 25% off the order subtotal.
• Valid on card (Stripe) payments only — it does not apply to store-credit purchases.
• Available on your first card payment only. Once you complete a card order, the code stops working.
• Single use: each code works exactly once.
• Every signed-in customer has their own unique, personalized code — codes are not transferable and only work on the account they belong to.
• The discount is optional: you must enter and redeem your code at checkout for it to apply.
• Only one discount can be applied per order. The code cannot be combined with other offers, and it does not apply to orders that contain items already on sale.
• We may change or end this promotion at any time.

7. Referral & earn program

Every signed-in user gets a unique referral link from the Refer & earn dashboard. You can earn 15% store credit on qualifying purchases made by people you refer. Program rules:

• When someone opens your referral link, they are attributed to you for 30 days via a cookie. Attribution is set on their first qualifying click and is not retroactive.
• You earn the reward when a referred user completes their first paid order. The reward is 15% of that order total, credited to your account as store credit.
• The reward applies to the referred user's first purchase only, not to later orders.
• Referral rewards are paid as store credit only — they are not cash and are not withdrawable or transferable (see Section 8).
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, fraud, or any attempt to game the system void all rewards and may result in account suspension and credit removal.
• Rewards on orders that are later refunded or charged back may be reversed. We may adjust the commission rate or program terms at any time; changes are not retroactive to credit already granted.

8. Store credit (wallet)

• Store credit can be applied toward purchases on FiveM Deals at checkout.
• Credit may be earned via referrals, granted by us as a goodwill gesture, or added via gift coupons.
• Store credit has no cash value, is non-withdrawable and non-transferable between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Credit balances tied to an account closed for Terms violations may be forfeited.
• We may correct credit balances affected by errors, refunds, chargebacks or abuse.

9. Daily drops & coupons

We may run a “daily drop” — a featured product at a special discount, delivered by email and/or push notification to subscribers and a randomized portion of registered users. Drop coupons are time-limited, single-product where stated, redeemable only through the link we send, and may be withdrawn at any time. Coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated and have no cash value.

10. Push notifications

You may opt in to browser push notifications to receive deal alerts and daily drops. Notifications are sent using the standard Web Push protocol and require your explicit browser permission. We store only the technical subscription needed to deliver them. You can turn notifications off at any time from the bell icon on the site or in your browser settings, which removes your subscription.

11. Email & marketing

With your consent or where permitted, we may send transactional emails (order confirmations, delivery, receipts) and marketing emails (drops, newsletters, product news). Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Transactional emails relating to your orders are not marketing and may still be sent.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, redistribute, leak or publicly share product files or download links;
• abuse promotions, coupons, referrals or store credit, including via multiple or fake accounts;
• attempt to bypass payment, access products you have not purchased, or interfere with the Service;
• scrape, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or other users' data;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of credit.

13. Intellectual property

The FiveM Deals name, branding, site design and original content are our property. Product assets belong to their respective creators and are licensed to you under Section 2. FiveM Deals is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two, or Cfx.re. “FiveM” and “GTA” are trademarks of their respective owners.

14. Refunds

Because products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are limited. Please read our Refund Policy for the full conditions under which a refund may be granted.

15. Privacy, cookies & consent

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site (sign-in, cart, security) and, only with your consent, analytics cookies to understand usage. On your first visit you can accept or decline non-essential cookies via our consent banner, and you can change your choice at any time. Until you consent, analytics are disabled by default (consent mode).

16. Disclaimer & liability

Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FiveM Deals is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

17. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date reflects the latest version, and continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions? Reach us via the contact page.
