We collect only what we need to operate the store and deliver your purchases:

• Account data — your Discord ID, username, avatar and email, provided when you sign in with Discord.
• Order data — products purchased, order totals, store-credit balance and transaction history.
• Payment data — card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Technical data — IP address, browser/user-agent and basic activity logs, used for security and fraud prevention.

• To create your account and authenticate you via Discord.
• To process purchases, manage store credit, and deliver downloads.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.
• To protect the platform against fraud, abuse and security threats.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Card payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Your card information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Store-credit balances are held in your account and can be spent at checkout.

When you sign in, we use Discord OAuth to verify your identity, and our bot may add you to our community Discord server so we can deliver updates and support. You can leave the server at any time.

We use essential cookies for authentication (your login session) and to remember your cart and preferences. We do not use intrusive third-party advertising cookies.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to run the store, including:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Discord — authentication and community access.
• Cloudflare — security, performance and content delivery.

We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us via the support channel.

We protect your data with industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, access controls and activity monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
