Gabz Pillbox Hospital is a ground-up rework of Los Santos' central medical center, transforming the Pillbox Hill area into a fully explorable hospital built for serious EMS and medical roleplay. With dozens of detailed interior spaces plus a redesigned exterior, it gives ambulance crews, doctors, and patients a believable home base for treatment, surgery, and emergency events.
